Is European Sign Expo 2019 free to attend?
Yes, if you pre-register before the 13th May 2019 using one of the promotional codes found on adverts and marketing promotions. Visitors who pre-register without a code will be charged €40.00 online or €70.00 on the door.

When will registration go live?
You will be able to register for your visitor badge from December 2018.

Where do I find a code to register?
You can find promotional codes on adverts, emails, direct mails, social media or on www.fespa.com

Who is this event for?
European Sign Expo 2019 is Europe's leading non-printed signage and visual communications exhibition. Visitors are able to see business opportunities, network and source the latest signage technology covering dimensional and architectural signage, channel lettering, illuminated displays including LED and neon, etching, engraving as well as digital signage. Whether you’re an international or local sign-makers, advertising agencies, retailers, sign and display producers, the European Sign Expo is a must-visit.

Is this event suitable for children? 
No, European Sign Expo 2019 is a trade event taking place alongside FESPA Global Print Expo, therefore during the event there will be live machinery so any persons below the age of 16 will not be permitted.

Can I visit as a student?
All students are welcome – please note you must register for a ticket to attend.

Where does European Sign Expo 2019 take place?  
East Entrance, Messe München, Messegelände, 81823  München, Germany

Which entrance should I use?
On arrival please head to the East Entrance.

Where can I book a hotel room?
European Sign Expo and FESPA have appointed AVANTEL as our official hotel agent to support visitors with their hotel requirements during the exhibition. Please refer to "Accommodation".

The exhibitor list for European Sign Expo 2019 will be updated shortly. 

Which products will I be able to see?
You’ll discover over 100 brands on display including:

  • Digital signage (including interactive screens)
  • Illuminated displays (including neons, LEDs)
  • Interior décor (including flooring, wallpaper, furniture, etc)
  • POP / POS displays
  • Non-printed signage (including lettering, wayfinding, engraving, etc)
  • Software (including workflow, colour management, etc)

Are you offering seminars?
Yes, the co-located FESPA Global Print Expo 2019 will offer visitors a range of free seminars designed for print and signage professionals. 

Will the seminars be free?
FESPA will offer visitors free seminars from the various educational features.

Do I need a ticket to attend the seminars?
No, all seminars are ticketless and space is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Eating and drinking
With many local restaurants and bars within easy walking distance from the venue. European Sign Expo visitors will have an array of different options to choose from. In addition to this, there are a number of fantastic eateries located within the Messe München.

Over 4 days visitors will have the opportunity to experience the latest products and innovations on display from over 700 exhibitors.
